Help with my Interfase PLEASE!!!

I biuld the jeff´s interfase but didn´t work : (((
i used 3 NTE3098 optoisolators and R8 150k resistor, i been checking
for hours, but vagcom and hyperterminal tests not found the addapter,
the voltage is ok,

any ideas please
