Case for OBD-II connector from "Pioneer Packard"

Hello,

does anybody know the part number of a case that fits on the OBD-II-
connector (16pin) from Pioneer Packard?

I already received the following parts:
12110252 shell (1 needed)
12047581 pins (4 needed)
12110254 locking clip (1 needed)

Now I'm looking for a case, so the cables don't break at the pins!
