Idea: Turbo pressure led indicator with PIC

I want to create a circuit works like this:
- based on a PIC
- connect to ECU trought standard way, like jeff's interface
- read ONLY the pressure of turbo-compressor
- elaborate data and show it using a led bar or similar

You think that's possible?

I need some help about connect procedures, can this implemented into
a simple microprocessor like PIC?
