OK, this time my ECU says 0xcc (~0x33) :)

It turns out that I need to be more patient with my ECU, I gave it a
larger timeout and finally got the inverted address.

Richard, thanks for the suggestion. Actually I have a elm323, which
works with my ECU. It's only that my laptop was broken last month
(everything, including my freediag build, is gone with it...) , and I
decided to build a single chip reader.

Still need to figure out how to make ECU responce to my following
commands, now no responce to 0x01 0x00 yet...
