RE: [opendiag] Skoda Fabia blue illumination

The Instrument panel itself and other switches etc on the dashboard use LEDs
for their night illumination.

These are of a fixed colour. Varying the volts across them change the output
brightness, but their colour will remain the same.

There is only one LED for each position, hence only one colour is possible,
sorry!
