Hi All,
The elm32x converts the obd-ii protocol to ascii? That sure sounds
easy to program for ( I want a scantool for my Sharp Zaurus!) but could
anyone tell me if there are drawbacks to this approach. Is some
information lost? Are some features found in the high-end scantools
like autotap unavailable? I would like to graph 3 or more sensors in
real time.
I suppose it is read-only too. Is anyone working on operational
alterations? I have in mind something like CarSoft for BMW's
(http://www.OnboardDiagnostics.co.uk/carsoft/CarsoftBMW.htm)
