I have source of quite nice OBD2 connectors that have all 16 pins
included. Connector case is big enough to contain interface circuit
so all you need outside connector is RS232 cable. You can see it at
http://cdif.xmv6.org/images/obdii_connector.jpg - it costs about
20EUR each for single connector, when ordering more price can be
lowered.
