Problems when receiving The sencong Block

Hi,
I'm doing my own scanner with a Atmel AVR and my own interfase. i
can received everything okey up to the First Block of ACK. But the
ECU Response to the Last 0x03 (End Of Block). And I should received
the Header of the Second Data Block (0x0F).
I'm using 3mS Delay between Bytes and 30mS Delay Between Blocks.
Does anybody experience the same problem?

P.D.: I don't have this problem with my PIC using the same interfase,
only with the AVR.
