Hey I am a new one in this group. This is a professional group whit
some smart people. This was my opinion on my first look arround.
In 2000-2001 a new bus become more favourite on VW-AUDI-SKODA-SEAT:
CAN DATA BUS
WHY? Speed? Globalization? More of that, are two: DRIVE CAN &
CONVENIENCE CAN
K-LINE, L-LINE, W-LINE will disappear?
A new module is placed in car: Vehicle Electrical System Control Unit
It have an adress, I think is "09" or "19".
Inside this module is a nasty portal named CAN-GATEWAY who do some
precisely tasks.
What is the DriveCanWakeUp?
VAS5051 comunicate whit car on SWITCHED CAN BUS (and K also)
Some one know a PC PROGRAM for CAN BUS-es?
Mercedes or BMW can be diagnosicated whit OBDTOOL 1.2.60?
I need tons of information from you smart people!
