The consult in US might have 2 interfaces OBDII and original JECS
Consult. All cars sold in US after 1996 have to be OBDII compliant
and I'm not sure if it's possible to dump the ROM data through OBDII.
As far us I know there is no freely available Consult documentation.
The original JECS Consult connection uses totally different and very
complicated interface and protocol. JECS Consult uses Rx, TX, CLK
instead of L and K lines as OBDII does. For JECS Consult connection
you can use GRID's software to download the ROM data:
