http://www.obd-2.com $122 will get you a full-featured OBD-II software
package and an interface adapter.

My interface adapter, as well as the one of Jeff's page could talk to
your car (assuming it's ISO), but you are correct in thinking that my
VAG-COM software will not work on a Toyota. It uses the proprietary
VW/Audi protocols.
