The ECU can answer at 10472 9600 4800 2400 etc. Why
you mean that 2400 speed. As I understand diagnostic
tool cann't connect an another speed and connecting
2400 but you may waiting connect at 9600 or 10472.
If you need more infor mp_citycat@.... I am open
foe dialog.
