Need Schematic for BOSCH ECUs BMW, VW and GERMAN CARS

Hello All,
Does anybody Know where to get schematics, devices, or
parts for BOSCH ECUs?
I checked several places but could not find them.

Does anybody know if BOSCH uses custom Chip to design
its Jetronic and Mtronic ECUs?

I opened one of the BOSCH Jetronic No: 0-280-800-180
for VW & AUDI : 811-906-264F I found several Custom
devices.

Please Help, I Baked my BMW ECU: 01-001-467895 and the
used one cost $700 in this area.
