please help me

Hi,
i've bought harrison obd universal (ISO 9141-2 ,KWP-2000 and other)
interface (Microchip inside) , and i've tried to connect it on the
obd connector present on my REnault Clio RS 2000 cc 172 HP year
2000 and didn't talk :(
The Ecu is Siemens SIRIUS 32.

I've tried the interface on another Car like mine and same problem.

Then i've tried it on REnault Clio RS 2000 cc 172 HP year 2002 and
it talk very well :)).

So my protocol is different Although all this car have obd 16 pin
connector?.

So i 've made the optoisolator type interface (jeff interface), and
tried with vag-com and if i send code 01 i get:
Obd-II
Protocol unknown
GD83 is not know protocol
Or Similiar.

i've read a lot of message about sirius32 but i don't know how send
that parameter.
Wich program could help me for send parameter?
I also tried linux tool freescan but didn't talk :((

I need some info for start !!!
