The carsoft 5.8 uses a very different interface, impossible to be built because it has a microcontroller and the firmware is fuse protected, so can't be readed back. If you are interested in CarSoft try version 3.4 or 3.7, the interface can be built. By the way, if you find 3.7 in English, please let me know, Deutch is like chinese for me. The 3.4 isin English. Both can bedownloaded from www.overnet.com
