Asking for data to a VW GOL ECU

Hello,

I'm making a tachometer with some other functions to my VW Gol. The
problem is that I would like to ask the ECU for each data in
a "single" way, and not to receive a "block", because the data I
need is in different blocks and it will be faster to ask for it in
a "single" way. Which command should I use to receive the ECU Data
in a single way? I tried 0x04 0xzz 0x08 0x01 0x03 (0x08 = Read Data
Channel - 0x01 - RPM? or Channel 1?)
but the ECU Replied with something like 0xA0 and one more byte
(?!?!?)
Can anybody explain me what I can do, and How I have to use these
commands:

0x08 Read Data Channel
0x2a Adapt Save
0x2b Logon
0x10 Recode
0x11 Set Group
0x12 Data Group
0x21 Adapt Read
0x22 Adapt Test
0x28 Set Other
0x04 Test
