it is not possible to do an fast init with PC-USART directly. You can not controle the TX line alone
But you can do a dummy thing that fonctions good:

startbit d0 d1 d2 d3 d4 d5 d6 d7 stopbit

0 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 1 1

                       

you must set the baudrate of USART before init. to 1 / 5 mS ( = 200 Baud ) , 8bit , n , 1 and send a byte 0x0F .

you have also 5x5=25 ms low and 5x5=25 high .
