Problem with Vb and Vag

Hello, i look for some help. I try developed soft in Vb6 for Vag-
group. I try from many days ago init the ecu of my Seat Ibiza 2002
(obdII), and i can not. The interface work fine with Vagcom but no
with my own soft, i can not receive 55 01 8A, please, somebody can
help me??
