VISA adapter

Hi people,

I need help on VISA 1.82 adapter (ECUreader is version 1.48).
Recently on guy sent me schematic of the VISA interface (based on
Atmel and 24c32) and corresponding memory codes. He says, that the
interface is really working.

The interface is exactly the same, as in the Carsoft 3.71 (see in the
Files).
I assembled the adapter, but it doesn't work. The green LED (L-line)
blinks, when the software tryes to connect to adapter, but nothing
happens.
The red message appears, saying that the ECUreader must be connected.

I suspect, that the schematic is wrong...

Anyone know, is this interface really working one? Can someone help
me on this?
Where I can find really working interface for the VISA?
