cnv.jpg under AJB

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had actually tried out this schematic
(under the AJB folder in the Files section, cnv.jpg). It seems
awefully simple (which is a good thing), and I was thinking of giving
it a try for my first attempt at interfacing. The Jeff board was
another alternative, but that seems to use handshaking, which I'm not
a fan of.
