I'm the owner of the directory and I haven't tried it yet!
I did whip up an Eagle schematic/board this evening though, so if you
did want to make it this may help!

Have a look in - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/opendiag/files/AJB/
Please compare the level_converter-v1.jpg with cnv.jpg for any
inconsistencies.

As you know, I can't provide _any_ sort of guarantee it will work or
wont damage things...
