try Mode ReadDataByLocalIDService $21

ReadFreezeFrame 03 12 FF 00 <cs> multiple responds (Opel)
or
ReadPIDsupport 82 10 F1 01 00 <cs>
or 82 10 F1 01 20 <cs>
try functional addressing C2 33 F1 01 0C F3 (cs is incl.) CARB-mode 01
RPM it must work
ReadPIDsupport C2 33 F1 01 00 <cs>
