is there a really technical-only forum?

I thought this one was dedicated to obd related stuff
but what do I find? lots of people asking where to buy an interface
that takes half an hour to assemble...
thats not the issue, there are people that want to buy a reliable
product(?) instead.
for those people: i'm new here and while searching thru the messages
I found hundreds of places where to buy cables and stuff so I dont
understand why all the new messages are:where to buy ********
wasnt this supposed to be a place where people discuss new ideas?

I better search for another group...I believe nobody read my
messages...even when I posted the programmer shematics to help a
menber...
