Renault CLIP

It is anybody test Renault CLIP software,i have version V31.B
It works on WIN98.
Nothing hapend on serial COM port when i ask for comunication on car,
I have try with interface with MAX232 and tranzistors and with optocouplers interface(ISO 9141)
It am not get any signal on K line from PC.I am conect interface on COM1.
