hey,
suppose that the car have no particular problem at
ignition or grounds, best and easy way to filter the
noise is to use first and obligatory at input a
treshold fast comparator (example LM139). Then you can
also conect serial with the bus a RF shock inductance
and a small capacitor (not bigger than 1nF)... this
filter the radio frequecy / GSM or other noises
