Are you really, really sure you need a login code?
Usually you don't need any; in the cases I thought I needed login
codes it turned out to be a bug in the application that prohibitet me
from doing what I wanted.
Anyway, as far as I know, if you really need them, you have to buy a
service manual where the login codes are described.
