I'm trying to get my hands on the S4 Bentley CD to see if the
connections to these pins are shown in the wiring diagrams. In the
meantime, I will make some more measurements.

This signal is not necessarily linear with throttle position. It
seems
to lag like maybe it is the integral of throttle position (i.e.
related
to engine speed).

I'll keep you posted on my findings.
