Your ECU needs KW2000 fast init address 11h, 10400bps.
pin7 = K-line ECU
Pin4+5 = ground, both short to interface
Pin16 = B+

look for software on opendiag/files . So far as I know ELM-interfaces
don't work with Opel.
Build a simple level converter interface .
