Injector Testing?... 2.0L VW

Hey Folks,

Does anyone have any good ideas how to "test" the injectors on my 97
2.0L Jetta? I think there is a slight problem with one of the
injectors, but I don't have the tools to test them when removed from
the vehicle. I know that shops used to be able to do a "power
balance" test to determine if all the cylinders were putting out
equal power.

Any thoughts on doing this, perhaps with my VAG-COM tool?

( I am having a slightly rough idle for over 2 years now, and also I
am barely able to get the sticker highway mileage of 31MPG, even with
all highway at moderate speeds...)
