Anyone have access to Peugeot/Citroen Diag2000 tool ?

Hi

I have a Peugeot 806 HDI year 2000. I want to reprogram the ECU to
switch on the cruise control.

Peugeot dealers can do this as part of their "fit a new ECU" procedure
using Diag 2000.

Anyone in SE England got access to this tool ? I am willing to pay for
time/use of.

The Peugeot dealers don't want to touch it.

The 806 is basically the same as Citroen Synergie and Citroen Ulysse so
there might be some other possibilities.
