Value calculation for blocks with blocktitle 0xF4

Hello everyone,
 
I saw in files section a document with the formulas for calculating values
got from ECU for VAG when the blocktitle is 0xE7. Does anybody have a
similar information when the blocktitle is 0xF4? There are some system that
uses this blocktitle, as Passat mk III 2.0.
