ML4.1 blink code interpretation

Hi,

Alfa Romeo 33 1.716V fitted with Motronic ML4.1 fuel system.
Has stalled while driving and won't restart.
Blink code reads 1-2-1-5.
This code is not listed in the manuals.
What does it mean?
Any help appreciated.
