Eunos Roadster 1997 SE

Hello,

My brother has the above car imported from Japan. It is obd II. I will use
the digimoto 4. software to diagnose the car. What hardware should i use
with it? ELM or mOByDic 2600 ? What are the differences and which one would
work beter for this car?
