dubble click on the time on the lower right hand side on your screen a
Date/Time Properties diologue box will open, click on the tab labeled Time
Zone pick your appropiate zone and you are done.

Does anyone know how to change the country code in
Windows? Mine is set for Italy, and all dates and
times are in Italian. I am running a 100% U.S. version
of windows 98. I think it's something in the registry
or an ini file, but don't know for sure.
