Thanks Very Much, I got my "non_working_interface", the expensive one
finally working!!!.
I needed to know which line driver "rsivan" was using.
the schema is not exactly the same, but you gave me the clue to read
74hc32 and lm339 datasheets, discover my interface schematic and
failure.
lm339 was not working, now it´s fixed, tested and OK!

PD. if anyone purchased that interface and got a poor performance,
needing direct-ecu-connection, unable to detect ECU, etc. Just drop
me a note or carefully take a close look to any of the 2 schematics
diagram and compare your circuitry. The interface SHOULD work 100%
via OBD if corrected.
