This opto should work since you can get the rise and fall times down
to
3-4 us. You can speed them up by increasing the collector current in
the output transistor. You do this by lowering the collector
resistor
a bit. If I remember correctly, they are 1 kohm resistors, so
lowering
them to something like 330 ohm or maybe 220 ohm might make it work.
The power dissipation goes up, though, so you've got to keep an eye
on
that.
