Re: 2nd attempt to build interface w/ perf board

Although all components are static sensitive to some degree, I don't
think that's whats's wrong with yours. The circuit you are using
relies on the 12v at the obd socket, if that is missing it wont work.

Check the socket and let us know what you find.
