Hi,

the Vb- Pin of your OBD-2 MUST be at 12 Volts with Ignition = on. If there
are no 12 V, so look for fuses..maybe one is open
Is the pinout you use the right one ? (pin 16 of the connector on the car is
at your right side) and on the plug it is at your left side.
