Clio Symbol 2003 mileage.

Hi Goran, Sergei, our romanian friends and all old brothers in decoding,
Please can you tell me is there any solution to recalibrate the mileage of one Clio Symbol (or Thalia...) ( November 2003), directly on the dash without Renault diagnostic Clip. If so, tell me please in what chip is the mileage encrypted.
