Harrison climate control

Hello all,

I'm trying to communicate with Harrison climate control on an Alfa-
Romeo 156 1999. I'm able to initialize it with slow init. The protocol
looks like Fiat 9141.
 
After initialization the ECU sends three times 0x03 0x0A 0x00 0x0D at
4800 bps.
Any command I send to ECU is answered with 0x02 0x38 0x3A. Only if I
send 0x02 0x38 0x3A it is answered with 0x03 0x0A 0x00 0x0D.

I have info that 0x03 0x50 0x00 0x53 requests error data stored, 0x03
0x60 0x00 0x63 deletes error memory, 0x04 0x32 0x00 0x00 0x36 reads
snapshot, etc., but all of them are answered with 0x02 0x38 0x3A.
 
I suspect that the protocol is not exactly Fiat 9141, may be anybody
can give me any advice?
