Actually, your recommendation is not a bad one, quality-wise. But it
would be far easier work-wise to find a board mfr. that will accept
gerber files, since it would mean the layout need not be redone.
I can't remember the name of the outfit you mentioned, but I checked
into them and they are reputable. The problem is that they require that
you do the layout in their software. Board layouts (even simple ones)
are prone to errors if you aren't familiar with the process.

True, I own the copyright; However, it is licensed under the terms of
the GPL, which means you can pretty much do whatever you want with it.
Read the license for details. Ask if you have questions.

Not at all. Actually, I have been getting more requests for boards
lately, and I am seriously thinking about finding the time to make some.
Not to mention that I don't even have my *own* board right now. I gave
it to a friend. I think I could arrange to have some boards produced
in about the same time it would take me to make one for myself. :-)
