How to join Japanese OBD ML

Dear car OTAKU,

I forgot how to subscribe OBD ML in Japan.

The ML is operated Yahoo!Japan, and subscribe format and so on
is written in Japanese only. (suck...)
so, you interest to it, Mail me directry.

I think most non-Japanese speaker can not read articles,
but the ML has picture archive and there is many custom pictures
so I wish it make you have good time.
